Neighborhood

Our community is located in the north-central part of Houston, Texas, in the charming, walkable neighborhood of Woodland Heights.  Just minutes from downtown Houston, located near I-10 and I-45 with easy access to other major thoroughfares, our community is located on the Metro Bus line and offers an easy commute to all areas of the metropolitan area.

The area is home to a selection of scenic parks and greenways, such as Woodland Park and Moody Park, with White Oak Bayou trailheads within walking distance. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options right outside your front door, and you are only minutes away from the exciting downtown and midtown areas of the city.

We are located in the Houston Independent School District, and neighborhood public schools  include Travis Elementary, Hogg Middle School, and Heights High School.
